Can I change an expense after it syncs to QBO?

If you change it in Buildwise

You can still edit an expense after it syncs, but the change won't show up in QBO. The sync status turns from green to orange, and a tooltip tells you the expense was changed after it synced to QBO. Make the same change in QBO.

If you change it in QBO

As an example, a receipt is in the wrong category and you only fix it in QBO. The fix won't come back into Buildwise, so your expense and overhead reports in Buildwise stay wrong until you make the same change there too.
