Find and View a Project

Overview

In this article, we’ll cover how to find and view projects:

Projects Dashboard

By default, when you log in to Buildwise, you are routed to the Projects Dashboard.

The Projects page displays all Active projects by default.

Note: Projects are listed by order of the most recent creation date.

Example of Project Dashboard in Tile view

Each Project block contains project details and a link to the individual project dashboard.

Page View Options

In the upper-right corner, click a page view icon to select how you want to view the Projects Dashboard, either by list or in tiles.

Find a Project

You can find and view a project by clicking the Project Name in a project or by using filters.

Project Name

Scroll through the Projects page and click on the Project Name link for the project you want to view.

Filters

The Projects page has three filters for finding a project: Select Project, Status, and Date Range.

Select Project Filter

Using the Select Project dropdown, you can click on the Project Name to display the project dashboard.

Note: All projects are listed in the dropdown by default. Active projects are listed first, in order of start date, with Inactive projects listed next. Status and Date Range filters are not applied.

Status Filter

To filter projects by status, select Active or Inactive. You can use this field with the Date Range filter.

Note: The project status is selected in the Project > Overview tab > Dates > Project Status field.

When you find the project you want to view, click the Project Name link to View a Project.

Date Range Filter

To filter projects by dates, click in the Date Range field. You can use this field with the Status filter.

Note: This filter uses the date the project was created in Buildwise, not the project's start date.

Enter the Date Range in MM/DD/YY format or use the calendar to select dates. The page displays all projects between the dates selected.

When you find the project you want to view, click the Project Name link to View a Project.
