Sign Up for Buildwise
Overview
When Team Members are added to a Company profile, the system sends them a Join Our Team email invite with a link to set their password. Once a password is created, users can log in to the Company’s Buildwise page.
In this article, we’ll go over how to sign up for Buildwise and log in for the first time:
Access
Refer to the article Role Permissions Matrix.
- Users with any role permission can sign up through the desktop app or the mobile app.
- Users with Owner, Administrator, or Manager access will have access to the desktop version once they’ve completed registration.
- Users with Member access will only have access to the mobile app and will be directed after setting up a password to download from the App Store or Google Play store.
Sign up for Buildwise
Check your email inbox for the email associated with your company’s Buildwise account.
Note: Sender is Your Company Name.
Click the link provided. The Join Now page displays.
- The link expires after three days.
- Administrators can refer to Invite a Team Member to resend an invite.
Enter a Password and Confirm.
Click Sign Up. The Sign In page displays next.
Enter the email associated with the Buildwise account.
Enter the Password.
Click Sign In.
- For users logging in for the first time via a mobile device, the Download Mobile App page displays.
- For Owners, Administrators, or Managers signing up via desktop, the Login page displays.
Download Mobile App
Click the Apple or Android icon to download the Buildwise app.
The Apple Store or Google Play store opens.
Search Buildwise. The screenshots below show the Google Play and Apple stores.
Install and Open the Buildwise app.
Enter the Email associated with the Buildwise account.
Enter your Password.
Click Login. The Company’s Buildwise account opens.
- For users with Member access who sign up via a mobile device, the app opens to Time and Receipts tracking.
- Users with Administrator or Manager access, the app opens to your Company’s main Projects page.
Member – Mobile access
Users with Member access can track time and receipts.
