QBO Sync Error: Feature Not Supported
If you see "Feature Not Supported Error: This feature is not included in your QuickBooks Online subscription" when syncing from Buildwise, it means your QuickBooks plan is too basic. Buildwise needs features that the EasyStart plan (called Simple Start in the US) does not have. EasyStart can't enter bills, doesn't include the Projects feature Buildwise syncs costs to, can't tag a cost to a customer, and doesn't support billable expenses. Essentials adds bills but still misses the rest, so it won't work either. You need QuickBooks Online Plus. Once you upgrade, the same entry will sync through with no changes needed in Buildwise.
