Categorize Time in the App

Overview

After you stop the timer, you are prompted to categorize your time.

At the top of the screen, the app shows the Total Time you tracked and the time you have To Categorize and submit to Buildwise.

You can categorize time by the ➕ button in a category or by entering time in the category field. 

The ➕ or  ➖ buttons add or subtract time in increments of .25 (15 minutes). As you add time to categories, time is subtracted from To Categorize.

Notes

• If the remaining time To Categorize is less than .25 minutes, tapping the ➕ button in a category adds the balance of the remaining time to that category. 

• Time entered into the Lunch category is deducted from the To Categorize time.

  

When the To Categorize time is 0 Hours, tab Submit.

A message displays to confirm the Time has been successfully added. 

Warning: After you categorize and submit your time, you cannot make changes in the mobile app. Users with Member permissions must contact their Buildwise administrator to make adjustments via the desktop.
