How do I cancel my subscription or update my credit card?
Cancelling Your Subscription
We hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel your Buildwise subscription, please navigate to the top right corner of the screen and select the dropdown where your name is displayed.
This will open your personal preferences.
If you are the Owner of the account, you will see the "Manage Billing" button.
You'll then be routed to our Stripe client portal, where you will enter the email address you used to register your Buildwise account.
Enter your email address. If you enter the correct email address, you will receive an email from Stripe with a link to click, which will take you inside the Stripe billing portal.
From there, you can cancel your subscription.

Changing Your Payment Method
Follow the same steps as outlined above, which will allow you to access the Stripe billing portal, which is where your payment information is safely stored.
You can then update your credit card information.
